Ticket completion Process

When completing a ticket change the status to resolved. This gives the end user a chance to respond good or bad. It will auto close after two days. If you close a ticket and the user responds even with a simple thank you that reopens the ticket.
So change status to resolved on all tickets your complete and let the system take care of the rest.
